Rules and Guidelines to follow

For Exhibitors
1. All exhibitors are required to stay till the end of the program.
2. Booth owners and their companions should always wear their IDs inside the venue.
3. Organize your inventory under your tables to avoid blocking the walkway.
4. Selling of attendees'/friends' items without a booth is strictly prohibited. We have a 1 booth, 1 seller policy.
5. Please prepare small denomination bills, coins/loose change. 
6. We will distribute trash bags to all, please keep your area neat and tidy.

For All
1. Public morals should be maintained throughout the venue. Please do not touch other people's dolls without permission.
2. Please prepare small denomination bills and coins.
3. Food and beverages are allowed but be sure to not make any mess. Lets all practice ClayGo policy (Clean As You Go).

4. Selling items without a booth is strictly prohibited. This is to promote fairness to those who have availed exhibitor booths.

5. We promote an Eco-friendly environment so please bring your own Eco bags.
6. Haggling is OK but NO to harassment. Any form of harassment reported/seen will not be tolerated. You will be removed and banned from the event.
7. Please don't leave your things unattended. We are not responsible for any loss.
8. Damages of all kinds have to be prevented. Especially fire, water, vandalism and theft damages.
9. Lastly, don't forget to enjoy! Grab this chance to meet new people and make new friends!
